“Get in line and settle down.”

“Settle Down” by No Doubt | Today’s turning out to be a big day for new music releases – I had to reschedule my Jessie Ware blog entry to tomorrow! Also giving us a sneak peek today (or, technically, early this morning): No Doubt, which is back after taking a break for heaven knows how long. “Settle Down” sounds like vintage No Doubt: a riff on ska, updated, perhaps with a bit more pop sensibility for kids with short attention spans. And oddly, the band looks like vintage No Doubt, too. Especially Gwen Stefani. Of course, I have to mention Gwen. She never ages. Must’ve been the surprisingly fulfilling solo career.
