“Gusto ko sana’y makayakap ka.”

“Miss Na Miss Kita” by Father & Sons | Yep, I’m posting this. I chanced upon this song again while randomly flicking through the radio a couple of days ago. And I know this is a really cheesy song, but when I was around four or five years old I actually liked this. Those were the times when the radio stations you’d call “jologs” weren’t that cheesy – when the mass-appeal stations weren’t annoying, to the point that it was a genuine listening option for us. But I’m not here to rant about that. I’m posting Father & Sons today because it did soundtrack my hazy childhood, when I was still allowed to play on the streets, and when it was really easy to tell your crush that you loved them… without meaning it, really.

Got something?
