“90s Music” by Kimbra | So, here it is – the first taste of Kimbra’s second album. The song’s called “90s Music”, it’s the last song she recorded for the still-undated album, and it’s hella busy. It will take a while for you to get on board, I swear. I’m on my third listen and I’m still discovering a few things. I’m sticking to what I tweeted last night: it’s got a bit of hip-hop thrown in, a bit of sound collage… and apparently Muse’s Matt Bellamy is on guitar? I don’t know. I don’t know what to believe. But I actually like what I hear, despite the crowd. Or, arguably, the crowd is the beauty.
